Bliss Balls Matcha & Coconut

Introduction

These bliss balls with matcha Kiji are the ideal snack for a healthy and delicious break.
No baking required and easy to prepare, they provide a gentle and natural energy, perfect before sports, at the office, or on the go.

Matcha Kiji stands out for its balanced taste and finesse, ideal for everyday sweet recipes.

Ingredients (12–15 bliss balls)

  • 2 cups of almond flour

  • 1 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut (+ for coating)

  • 1/2 cup of cashew butter

  • 1/3 cup of coconut cream

  • 1 tablespoon of matcha Kiji

  • 10 pitted dates

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.

  2. Blend all the ingredients until a smooth paste is obtained.

  3. Form balls with your hands.

  4. Roll in shredded coconut.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
