Ingredients (12–15 bliss balls)

2 cups of almond flour

1 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut (+ for coating)

1/2 cup of cashew butter

1/3 cup of coconut cream

1 tablespoon of matcha Kiji

10 pitted dates

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 pinch of salt
Preparation

Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.

Blend all the ingredients until a smooth paste is obtained.

Form balls with your hands.

Roll in shredded coconut.
