Thanks to the Green Matcha capsule, preparation becomes simple, quick, and consistent — ideal for an elegant and trendy autumn menu.
🧾 Ingredients (for 1 cup)
- 1 Green Matcha capsule (Nespresso® compatible)
- 2 cl of Routin 1883 Cinnamon Syrup
- 10 cl of hot milk (cow, oat, soy, or almond according to preference)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Cinnamon powder for decoration
🫖 Preparation
1️⃣ Extract the matcha
- Place a Green Matcha capsule in the Nespresso® machine.
- Pour about 5 cl into a cup or pitcher.
2️⃣ Prepare the flavored milk
- In a milk jug, pour 10 cl of hot milk.
- Add 2 cl of Cinnamon Syrup.
- Froth the mixture with the steam nozzle (or a milk frother).
3️⃣ Assemble the drink
- First, pour the cinnamon frothy milk into a cup.
- Then gently add the prepared Green Matcha.
- Mix lightly for a marbled effect or leave the layers visible for a beautiful presentation.
4️⃣ Gourmet finishing
- Add a touch of whipped cream (optional).
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Serve immediately.

- Extract the Green Matcha capsule into a shaker with 50 ml of cold water.
